Madeline Marotto
CEO- Mad Dog Productions
When Madeline Marotto was a kid, she was a performer, She sang and was in in a non-profit theatre company. Growing up in the Bay area in the 1980’s, Marotto was profoundly impressed by the concert promoter and music manager Bill Graham: To her, his concerts much more than just artistic performances: They were transcendent happenings where people came together to be moved by the music as a community that was thrilled to be part of a unique event. Marotto was one of the millions of music fans to witness the Live Aid concert in 1985 where A-List musicians and singers banded together in London and Philadelphia for a worldwide concert to raise money for starving people in Africa. It was at that moment that Marotto knew what she wanted to do with her life: She wanted to create massive, televised music events to help save the world.
